High Points: The Bicentennial Project
After six years of pushing peaks, Stio Ambassador Christy Mahon became the 7th person and the first woman to ski all of Colorado's 14ers in 2010. That was just the beginning of what would become a project of epic magnitude. In 2016 Christy, alongside her husband Ted Mahon and friend Chris Davenport, became the first people to summit and ski Colorado's 100 highest peaks. It was an accomplishment that earned Christy and team a nomination for National Geographic's Adventurers Of The Year Award in 2016. Now, Christy's pursuit of backyard adventure continues as she and Ted work to ski the Bicentennials, Colorado's second hundred highest peaks.

Try To Keep Up With Elyse & Angel In Alaska
Last winter Elyse Saugstad got the call she had been waiting for her whole career - an invite to go heli-skiing in Palmer, Alaska to shoot with TGR alongside Angel Collinson, Nick McNutt, and Griffin Post. The 50/50 crew had a classic AK time, and it made for one of the most energetic segments in the film. Elyse and Angel skied big AK lines in their signature styles - hard and fast! And despite a gnarly fall, Alaska remains their one of their favorite places in the world to ski. That Art of Conducting Slough - Behind the Line S8E2
Beethoven, Bach, & Mozart were history’s most prolific conductors. With the swish of a wrist they commanded orchestras with finite precision. Fast-forward to 2015, and meet two modern mountain maestros, Sage Cattabriga-Alosa and Dash Longe. Both are pioneers of conducting slough, and meticulously analyze their lines in order to ski safely in Alaska. After dealing with some off tempo and out of key moments, the boys channel their inner Mozart. The result is a towering, dramatic, crescendo of big mountain skiing. Angel Collinson Moonlights as an Environmental Activist
In this short video sponsored by Avex, Angel Collinson explains the roots of her passion for the environmental activism she completes. It started from a young age, where a unique upbringing contributed to her strong urge to protect both wild animals and places. Today, living life as a pro-skier, she understands the inherent contradiction between her love of nature and the fossil fuels that power her adventures. Angel offers honest reflection on her activism while being candid and honest about the feeling of helplessness in front of the federal government. Her actions are inspiring and hopefully lead to more widespread awareness in the outdoor community and beyond. The Art of Getting "Extreme" When It's Not Necessary
La Grave, France is a mecca for “extreme skiers”, attracting such legends as Doug Coombs. The place is known for its dangerous off-piste runs and has no formal avalanche control. In order to ride here you have to be on your game. This past winter Ian McIntosh, Johnny Collinson, and Todd Ligare traveled to France to ski these “extreme” mountains. The boy developed the term “La Graving” or getting “extreme” when it is not necessary, poking fun at the hardcore culture in the area. Experience the boys “La Graving” in the chalet, “La Graving” to town, and “La Graving” in the mountains in this episode of Behind the Line.
